is it possible for Haspmota to automatically publish all pages and IDs defined in pages.jsonl via MQTT and respond to MQTT, naturally also creating all data points?

What would you do with this information?
What MQTT respond are you planning to do?
What data points are you talking about?

In general, you can publish commands via MQTT for performing functions, simplest case via Berry could be publishing a command like Br p1b10.text='Updated text'. Using Berry, you can also define your own commands to do more flexible updates.
