• Description: Bash shell function wt to pop up a list of current repo's worktrees using fzf. Once an item is selected by pressing Enter, the cd command changes directory to where the worktree is located.
  • Features:
    • Allows cyclic scroll between items in the list
    • Wraps long lines at the width of the terminal window
    • Lists items in natural order (reverse order in terms of fzf)
    • Space button toggles header row
    • Takes up to 80% of the current terminal window's height (allows to preserve 20% of previous terminal's output for visibility)
    • Shows "preview" section at the bottom of the terminal window with the name of the branch of the currently selected item in list
    • Executes cd if the current path differs from the worktree path (i.e. doesn't cd to the current worktree (the one marked with the asterisk char))
      • Does not execute cd on cancel (on ctrl-c)

Slightly updated version which:

• Makes use of new --json arg
• Adds no header
• Re-orders fields in list to "branch, commit, path"
• Preserves the * char in the preview section (identifies current worktree)

• Description: I use tmux for concurrent development across multiple repositories with Claude Code. For this reason, I create two separate windows—one for shell operations and another for Claude Code—per worktree.
