Accepting suggestions impossible because of a broken UI

Here's a suggestion I received:

I would accept it but I can't because the UI is broken and doesn't show me the button that's probably further down. That small container can't be scrolled with mouse wheel or middle-click. It's just impossible to use the product here.

Update: After more reply comments have been added, there was enough space to fit the accept UI part. But at the beginning, GitHub is unusable there.
