Education Benefits were approved but i am still waiting after 4 days (inbetween 72h should be normal)

Hi everyone,

i requested educational access and benefits, where i did everything like it told me to do in the manual. Like login with university email and verify etc. The benefits were approved right away but after 4 days of waiting (3 should be the upper limit) i am now confused if something happened or the process is stuck.

Can someone help in my case its urgent
