1. How many fans
2. Where/how are they plugged physically
3. How are they configured in your motherboard bios (PWM/DC/Fan curve)

1. 7 fan which are grouped into 2 groups of 3 and a solo, and good watercolling.
2. they are connected to the motherboard, and the 2 groups of 3 are put together with a noctua cable.
3. they are connected in pwm I will check to be sure

Show the RPM sensors. Put any control in manual mode and move the slider, does any RPM sensor reacts?

no, none of the sensors react, the only one is those on my graphics card

Then I guess this board is badly supported through https://github.com/LibreHardwareMonitor/LibreHardwareMonitor?target=https://github.com
It will have to fixed on there. Nothing to do from this repo's perspective. Just tried going through the usual suspects.

Last thing, do you have Asus Software/service running that may involve fan control?
