Feature Request: change PicView printing dialog to system printing dialog on macOS

I am on macOS v26.3 and just found PicView which is great. It will be my successor for Xee3 which doesnt work well anymore on actual macOS.

Often I need to print images and PicView has its own printing dialog. This dialog has not many settings. I am missing the scaling with % of the real size.
The macOS printing dialog has it and it would be nice if this printing dialog could be selected as default.

Also the printer Save as PDF is always used as default, I want to remember my real printer, so remember the last printer would be nice.

There is no universal macOS print dialog that you can just call like on Windows. The preview app and Safari likely uses NSPrintPanel, but there is no easy access to that in .NET.

I will update the printing dialog to remember last used settings by default, in a later update. I will likely need help with scaling by percentage.
