Refreshing the models removes most of the data

After calling refresh! I get this:

=> ["anthropic", "deepseek", "gemini", "openai"]

The Bedrock models are no longer there, and they're not in the current Parsera data at https://api.parsera.org/v1/llm-specs either. Is this intended behavior?
