[FEAT] Add ability to switch timesheet's project after creation #9516
Description
We need a feature that allows Gauzy Timer users to change the project assigned to an existing timesheet. This will make time tracking more flexible and reduce friction when users make selection errors.
Use Case Example:
A user is working on two projects: "Gauzy" and "Clokr". They start a timesheet intending to work on "Gauzy", but accidentally select "Clokr" from the project dropdown. The user doesn't notice the mistake until after they've already logged several hours of work.
Notes:
- Admin should be able to control this feature in case the employee wanted to change timesheet's project, So if the employee changed it then the admin has to approve or reject it in order for the change to take effect + the employee has to add a (reason/description) why he wants to change his timesheet's project
