Summary

Improves the Intelligence user guide as requested in issue #2259.

Changes

  • Added "How IOC Weighting and Coloring Works" section
  • Documented grey highlight vs tagged IOC highlight behavior
  • Added step-by-step guide for using IOCs during investigation
  • Added IOC Tags and Weighting explanation

Testing

Tested locally using mkdocs serve — all sections render
correctly.

Hi @josephsam-hub ,
your PR also contains the changes you made for #3736. Please remove them from this PR and keep them separated.

Can you add some screenshots from the UI for the mentioned highlights and workflows to add IoCs to the documentation please?
