Album Showing Duplicate Items Instead or All Items in iOS App Only #26583

The bug
Noticied something wrong:
I have an album in Immich that has 322 photos / videos in it that was created a while ago. I am not sure when it was created exactly and if I created it from the app or web browser. I will refer to this album as the "Original Album" below.
When viewing the Original Album from the web I have no issues seeing all 322 photos and videos. However, viewing from my iPhone, using the iOS app, it does not show all of them. I will note that both the web and app show that I have 322 items (shown below in screenshots).

Sharing the album:
I then shared this album with some other users in my home. When looking at the Original Album from one of the other users phone's (iPhone 14 Pro) on the app they were able to see all 322 photos and videos with no issues.
At this point I realized that clearly something was glitching or just broken with this album or the app so I decided to first sign out from the app and then sign back in. This didn't seemingly solve anything as I still couldn't see all the photos / videos. I will also note that it did not change which photos I was already seeing. The same photos I saw before were the same ones I still see now.
My troubleshooting:
This is now when I started to dig / play around with this album...
I started by creating a new separate empty album, we'll call this "New Album".
On the iOS app using the select all option for each day in the Original Album, I selected all the photos and videos. It showed that there were 322 items selected which I found intriquing. So, I then went back through an manually selected every item that I could visibly see and it still said there were 322 items, still found that weird, but went ahead and tried adding all of these to the New Album. Upon looking at the new album it only added 271 items. So I assume there are 51 (322-271) items that I am not "seeing" on my phone even though there are 322 items to select from my phone.
The problem:
I then started to take a closer look at the differences between what I could see on the web vs the app and this is when I noticed that the Orignal Album on the app was actually showing duplicate photos. This explains why I would still be able to select 322 items even though I believed that I was not seeing some of the photos.
Below is one of the days that has a few photos and videos, but shows that the web version is showing all 6 items correctly vs. the app version is showing only 3 of the items, but duplicated these 3 to show a total of 6. Refer to the screenshots below with a break down of the differences.

These 6 items are actually only 3 (IMG_9648.JPG, IMG_9596.JPG, IMG_9639.JPG), but each one is shown twice and is seemingly duplicated in the app version of this album.
It should be noted that I pulled these filenames directly from the "Info" sections on the respectivly from the web and app. I am noting this because one of my thoughts was that the info section may say that it's showing the correct photo, but instead the image is just wrong, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
At this point I am out of troubleshooting steps that I can think of before I just delete this album and make a new one from scratch. However, I am not going to delete the ablum at this time so that if any more logs are needed I can hopefully provide that.
Please let me know if anyone needs additional info or logs, I'll try my best to reply and get any data you all may need to help with trouble shooting.

Unsure how to reproduce this ablum error as the album was created a while ago and just noticed this issue now, I have not noticied it on other albums that have been recently created.
