Updates the repository’s BasedPyright baseline to reflect the current set of suppressed diagnostics used by CI type-checking.
Changes:
- Removes multiple
reportUnknownArgumentTypebaseline entries that are no longer needed. - Updates a couple of baseline diagnostic codes (e.g., to
