Mechanistic Pan-Cancer Signaling Model
This project contains the code for the manuscript "Protein buffering of aneuploidy is driven by coordinated factors identified through machine learning" by Heller et al. published 2026 in Molecular Systems Biology (https://doi.org/10.1038/s44320-026-00187-9).
Project to study proliferation and metabolic liabilities across several thousand cancer samples.
DAPI nuclei counter with proliferation analysis
Simple LGCA model for competition between cells with different proliferation/migration rates
Stochastic simulation of cell populations proliferation
Created two MATLAB codes using ROI and image-based processing to quantify the area of proliferation cells in three different types of tissues for numerous piglet uteri. Automated quantification of proliferating cell area, reducing analysis time from days to hours for biologists. Used image J for image analysis.
